Last update of the day.
I spent most of my time wandering the new routes defeating all the trainers while I try to decide which gym leader is more dangerous - Sabrina and her hard-hitting Alakazam, or Koga and his Exploding Weezing.
I went down Bike Road, and the first thing I meet is a new Doduo. Chocobo has risen again! Phoenix the Doduo has joined the party!
...and Phoenix has left the party, permanently, after being hit and killed by a Pursuit from a wild Fearow as I was trying to switch her out while training.
..oh well, Bird Flu, looks like you're up again. I head to the Safari Zone and catch Horny Ry the Rhyhorn. A shame I didn't get another Doduo, I would have named it 'Flying Man' (you're awesome if you get this reference).
I then exit the city to the east and pick up Tribble the Venonat. I then proceed to clear out the rest of the trainers on the route, after which I Fly back to Saffron to do the Silph building.
