Red and Blue should literally be the exact same strength
Ryu and Ken should literally be the exact same strength.
Sub-Zero and Scorpion should literally be the exact same strength.
Either way, I highly doubt it's true for Red and Blue, too.
This is a bit different though because these two are actually the same character. Whereas both of those the characters are distinctly different. They take each others roles if you played the opposite version. if you played Red then Blue is the rival and the d-bag who stalks you through the game. If you played Blue then it's the opposite.
