I didn't like that movie much either, despite it GLORIFYING Ryu
He came in terms with himself and finally rid himself of the Dark Hadou, deciding he didn't need this power, nor revenge. This was around in SFA3
then SF4 came along and was like "LOL WE'RE GONNA FORGET YOUR DEVELOPMENT AND MAKE YOU REVERT BACK OVER CAMMY ROLF"
and look at Ryu's Bicep. Its as big as Sakura's entire body when shes trying to hol dhim back. wtf kind of animation is this!
Animation where Ryu is larger than life, as it should be!
(but speaking seriously, I noticed it too. And to be fair, SF4 did a massive retcon even without The Ties That Bind. Why not go with it?)
