There is so much going up against Team Bob that there's no doubt a universal rule towards underdog status, mounting odds, or inverse ninjutsu applies.
However since this neutral non-descript, every single person on the other side has some kind of firearm or long range attack, and I don't know half of them to pinpoint weaknesses, I'm having trouble forimng a Raziel/Neclord situation. Zack can take care of the velociraptors no problem and the bear is an obstacle not only can he not worry about, but can use as a defensive tool. He'll fight it early since it's likely the only opposing character running into melee range. Zack fights it head on, but the bear's size and bulk acts as a great barrier to stop approaching bullets. After a short while, when Zack is quite unharmed by the bear and he notices the bear is unharmed by him, he can then continue using the bear as an invincible meatshield by rushing and running around and taking positions where he can get the bear into a line of fire as he approaches.
Of course, the opposing team wouldn't just stand seven men, women, and wild things in a line shooting. No, they'd be taking better positions and running all over the place. That's where Sora and Alucard come in. Not sure yet how because I'm not looking up what Reaction Commands take away since there are none and what alucard's equipment does, but if you see something, totally check it out and use it. But since I'm positive something can be used, they can handle the gunners no problem.
Also, Bob is the One. His bubbles can stop bullets. Hell, the Bust-A-Move music alone disorients his attackers and throws off their aim to stormtrooper levels. Bob may not be an offensive powerhouse, but his defense is nigh impossible to break.
