Even n a 1-5 slide, Mega Man 2 still retains enough clout that PW1's solid win gets it back into my top 25...or at least, it would if not for the fact that the one that knocked it out is right there. Although when it comes right down to it, TTYD may have a worse record, but it also has a number of good wins and probably is just as deserving as PW1 even without the head-to-head working in its favor. Pokémon Gold/Silver/Crystal and Super Mario RPG both move up 13 spots, from 43-44 to 30-31, while MK64 suffers a 13-spot drop from 29th to 42nd.
