Tomislav barely changed at all. I don't know the actual stats, but you barely feel the difference. The spin up is still very fast, it's still silent, and the drop in fire rate doesn't mean a thing when you drop classes faster anyway with that lightning fast spin up.
tomislav is still probably OP, or at least extremely powerful. however if a heavy is owning with it too much, just roll out heavy yourself with sasha and you'll rip him up. even if he's got a medic.
This is the circular logic that got Natascha nerfed. "Having problems with that Heavy? Go Heavy."
