Seth Killian said that battles are fought on two planes and Tekken characters have been compensated command dashes that allow them to dodge projectiles without jumping by movement on the second plane. And hey it's not like every SF character has projectiles, most of them don't.
Oh, that's pretty cool. But there's no way less than half of SF has no projectile.
