I don't think Andel is a troll - primarily because I don't find most of the stuff he's posted all that ridiculous. There's the Norway post (for which he apologized) and something about Democrats and Republicans all being the same and the media trying to make it seem differently, but that's about it. Plus he's exactly the same as when he was a regular in '04, and nobody called him a troll back then. Calling users trolls just because people dislike them is a more recent phenomenon on Board 8.
