...The situation IS black and white. Onlive paid for what is, essentially, nothing more than advertising in a game. Gamestop said "LOL NO" and ILLEGALLY removed coupons from the game.
Onlive is completely in the right legally.
Gamestop is gompletely in the wrong legally.
