Well you'd refund the pre-orders, obviously, and explain to customers that due to insufficient information about what was included with the game, they can no longer sell it.
Is it an IDEAL situation? Not at all, and sure it's a dick move by S-E if they intentionally added the OnLive stuff in last-minute. That doesn't excuse Gamestop from making an even BIGGER dick move in retaliation.
