And when I read more and more about this issue, I think Gamestop doesn't have any kind of legal problems here. Sure, its a dick move, but what Online did was kinda dickish as well; they added a promotion for a competing service without any kind of communication with Gamestop, and tried to trick them into promoting their service. Gamestop owns the copies they bought, so they can legally remove these advertisements.
