Why do people get so angry about Gamestop opening up the cases for New games? Do people forget that the cases were also open before they were wrapped up in the factory? They aren't any less new just because Gamestop opened them up. A game doesn't become "used" until the actual disc is played.
Lack of trust.
If they're unopened, we KNOW they haven't been played.
Most people don't just want to take Gamestop's word for it that those opened discs haven't ever been put in a machine, because incidents like the one in this topic prove that they're an untrustworthy company.
