It's not really another take. You don't store any of the games you own on your harddrive, and you don't run the games through your computer. You download a client and play the games as they're streamed to you, so you don't have to worry about meating the requirements. There's a subscription payment plan, too.
They're working on an iPad app right now, which could be neat.
