You're attending USC and expected a good faculty?
To be honest, I don't expect much from faculty in general. When I was homeschooled, I used to see formal education as being full of BS, either from teachers, departments, administrators, accreditation groups, exam makers, and so on. I haven't been homeschooled in years, but I still feel that way. I don't go to school expecting much from anyone there. I'm just there to get a piece of paper with my name on it, and make connections with people. I've never been particularly impressed with any formal school system.
