Also, why the hell is Torkoal not in Derp Tier? It's easily Ash's derpiest, most worthless pokémon up to the point you've watched.
And I put Torkoal that high because it still defeated that really strong Steelix that one time. Though I might lower it to Derp Tier.
But then, wasn't there another time it failed to defeat a pokémon it had a 4x advantage over? That's prime candidacy for President of Derpville right thar.
