Oh definitely. The strongest Namekian of all, wasn't he? I think I remember that Namek old guy saying even a Super Saiyan would have problems against him.
I don't really remember. The strongest Namekian warrior (besides Piccolo) was Nail, who was only 41,000, and from what I understand he was a ****load stronger than any of the other Namekians (since Dodoria and Zarbon killed all of them with ease and Nail would have one-shotted both of them). SSJ Goku was 150,000...I'm not sure I can buy the unnamed Namekian being that strong. Maybe 50,000.
