According to Freiza, his ultimate form has a power level of one million, meaning that SS1 should have about that same level. Where is this 60 million number coming from?
That was after his first transformation.
His final form buffed up to 100% power is level 120 million, but he can't maintain the power level and quickly dwindles back down to 12 million or so. Super Saiyan Goku is 150 million.
SSJ Goku's power level is the last official power level we get. Everything from Future Trunks (who is the first person to surpass 150 million) on is conjecture.
