The easy answer is: Tien > Krillin > Yamcha at the end of the series.
If you want numbers, considering the training for the androids, Krillin's Guru power up, and Tien training after Cell Saga..
Tien: 5 million
Krillin: 3.5 million
Yamcha: 1 million (at best)
Not claiming they are the real numbers, but probably close enough. Yamcha had no power up and stopped training, so he's dead last. Krillin had the power up, but stopped training. Tien had no power up, but had a lot more consistent training after Cell.
