According to Freiza, his ultimate form has a power level of one million, meaning that SS1 should have about that same level. Where is this 60 million number coming from?
Frieza's base form had a power level of one million which was "less than one percent of my power". I've heard 120 million as his max; early translations left out a zero and mistranslated it as 12 million.
