heck Anri, I'm not a big Nadal fan, but to say he isn't a talent comparable to some of the acknowledged greats like Agassi, Becker or even Connors and Sampras is silly.
As of now there can be no disputing this, given that every player is innocent until proven guilty.
If he does just so happen to be exposed at some point, obviously that all falls apart.
