Even if MVP Baseball goes 17-13, I doubt it will make the NCAA Tournament because its weak conference slate won't help its RPI be able to get up high enough.

Wow.

Yeah, didn't even notice that. Metroid Eater disguises it better by having a few high-caliber games (whereas the second-place game in Smash Trigger is 8-6), but that is an obnoxiously weak conference. Let's see...as of the end of Day 83, Metroid Eater was 63-103 and Smash Trigger was 63-104. Not going to bother counting up what the apparent final results are (besides, I'm not allowed to talk about them), but as of the update that you yourself put in the topic and is therefore fair game to talk about, Halo 2 (Metroid Eater) was way behind while Mega Man Legends (Metroid Eater) and Star Ocean (Smash Trigger) both had small leads. So They're probably about even for worst conference record overall--and nothing else is even remotely close, with Thousand-Year World of Sunshine being the only other one that's even got 90 losses or fewer than 80 wins (76-91, with one game active on Day 84).
