No, unless you consistently provide stupid reasons for your voting and you seem to take delight in being a rebel against the system (In other words, being a biased voter).
Then you will be ridiculed and rightfully so.
If Chrono Trigger beats Super Mario 64, it should get my #1 vote...but I can make no guarantees about the week in between. I might just leave it off the ballot entirely out of protest. Or I might just post with an alt, a ballot that is so crazy that it would have to get disqualified, and only then post my real ballot.
Actually, it would probably be more effective to post a ballot with Chrono Trigger at #1 but with the remaining games being so outlandish that you'd have no choice but to disqualify it.
And come to think of it, if CT does pull off the win, it would be so worth the loss of karma to post a Voting topic before you do, just to ninja any snarky remarks like the one red sox made in post #15...or the ones you seem to make in nearly every post in this contest.
And yet you're trying to make us out to be the bad guys when you post crap like this.
