No, you don't if that's what you're doing. "Anti-Mario sentiment" is a ridiculous argument to make, and there's no excuse for ranking it above BOTH of the games it lost to head-to-head.
It's pretty clear you're just being vindictive and stubborn for the sake of being vindictive and stubborn at this point.
And, of course, that SM64-SMB3 match could have gone either way, right? Or are you going to contradict yourself again?
It could have, but it didn't.
You don't rank based on "Hey could've gone either way" or "Hey if you ran that match again based on my ridiculous suppositions of CT beating Mario 3 by 10 votes due to anti-voting I think Mario 3 would win."
And no, that's not contradicting myself. You rank based on results.
And you're not doing that.
