How the hell did they bring in 100k for an injured gaming dude guy man? Are they seriously that big? The Speed Gamers have only brought in half that number twice, with huge week-long marathons benefiting known charities.
They're a fairly big deal on the site, enough to get billing right underneath Yahtzee's series on the main page. It's also got a similar art style and is a bit famous for being more... I dunno, "high brow" than most other series?
They have a lot of good ideas, but they also have a tendency to fall into the trap of analyzing crap that doesn't exist. Like how an 8-bit arcade game about preventing a missile strike is a terrifying experience and some of the best storytelling the medium has ever seen.
