No, but they won't lose anything regardless of the outcome. There will most likely BE no lawsuit. It was probably a cheap attempt at intimidation. These things happen constantly in the corporate world, but usually the person receiving them doesn't whine about it on Twitter to try and rile up a bunch of naieve nerds.
