SNES has Fire Emblems 3, 4, and 5, Treasure Hunter G, Bahamut Lagoon, Front Mission, Tactics Ogre, and a handful of very good Super Robot Wars games.
I don't really count most of those as strategy games! the RPG disparity is growing every time someone lists something though.
