So basically a bunch of people who don't know what credit card fraud is?
It's unfortunate, but maybe if they take the incentive away from hackers to
(1) Steal credit card info and buy D3
(2) Grind the game as much as they can, transferring all gold and valuable mats/items to their main until the account is banned.
(3) Repeat steps 1-2
Then it wont happen as much?
