Obama is very supportive of big corporations and Wall Street, which really isn't that surprising. I think he's been quite competent and reasonable in office, which is a huge contrast from his campaign (hope and change). He's been ineffective because he's not willing to play as hard or as dirty as the Republicans, and as the president he feels he has to be responsible.
