Every time people complain about Riot I just wanna laugh and ask them "What More Do You Want?"
These guys not only listen to their fanbase on a level I've never personally seen---Birthday Party Fiddlesticks was user created and put in the game with enough votes---but they do things like the Jaximus skin.
