If you're referring to the server issues, I don't know why you care since you either quit or were banned and therefore couldn't play if you wanted to.
One bad week doesn't spoil all the times they didn't screw up.
Actually this one bad week shows massive unprofessionalism on their end, as do the tons of other patches that they've massively dropped the ball on, be it through gamebreaking bugs, mass server issues, or godawful balancing.
