Don't know what website you're looking at, but it's up. I found out it was up by checking the server status forum...
http://na.leagueoflegends.com/service-status I literally just checked that link and it says unvailable for me...Guess they haven't updated it yet. And for that matter
http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=2229694 says as of just under 20 minutes ago they still aren't available.
I guess they went back down again. They came up around 11:00 am and i had finally managed to log in around 12:10. I played one game even. After that it said pvp.net was disconnected though.
