yes. i'd only give him a ~60% chance against Romney and something weird could happen if he somehow ended up against Ron Paul, but that's still a probably-Yes even if you discount the very likely chances of anyone else winning.
any serious Republican candidate who isn't Romney should be circling 2016 instead.
