So our DM ruling is to disregard RAW?
That's fair enough I guess, even though it totally works by the RAW it's kind of stupid. Oh well. Guess I'll have to find some other way to be Megaman :(
He's ruling to disregard RAW because this is the same kind of RAW that says Scooter's Master's Surge doesn't work. AKA the one that is terrible. Harsh, but true.
