No, it's stupid that two completely separate procs can be met when you have proficiency in both, but you only get one. Like, EVERYTHING even remotely similar to that in this game works.
Dammit I'm pretty sure this means a bunch of crap I've ALREADY done does not work and we have been counting it until you brought this up right now. Why'd this not come up in the session when I was already doing it?
I don't think you've ever used properties AND powers before. But I'm sure Ana will allow a remake if that's the case.
