It still astounds me how you underplay how goddamn ridiculous you already are, what's a feat to snatch a utility power ontop of all your other completely unbalanced BS? :p
I'd rather not pick it up, but I have no more feats to take that will make me a better Striker, Accel. It was this or picking up Linguist or something. I hate inefficiencies more than I hate having to grab a random overpowered trick, so I bit the bullet and got the Cloak. If I could pick up even a single +1 bonus to damage rolls I'd trade the Cloak out in a heartbeat.
