if you didn't match their style then it wouldn't benefit you either man, consider it a blessing that this was realized before it began and move onto a better situation
Yeah that's true. I liked their songs but they said they didn't like my vocal style for their genre, and I don't wanna switch it up just for them. They were really cool guys tho, had a lot of fun drinking with them and ****ing around so that sucks a bit
I literally had no creative control though because their guitarist wrote the lyrics, vocal line and melodies for 5 songs before I even came in. They were good songs tho, I enjoyed them. But oh well
also it was kind of 60/70s rock mixed with indie pop. Nothing too special but they were good musicians.
