You also have to take account how people count their games. Like I always count collections as just one game, but I know many people who would count each game in the collection as 1 game. For example I just purchased Jak & Daxter Collection on PS3 last week and that's just 1 game in my count and not 3
My rule is usually based on whether that's the only way they're available on a given platform or not. For example, FF5 and FF6 are only available on PSX as the FF Anthology, so they only count as 1. But GTA3 and Vice City are available on PS2 separately, so they count as separate games even though I got them in a double pack.
