So does this mean you are nominating Iga Wyrwal, Ewa Tulacz, and Inez Lajblich for Poland? You just do up to five countries, three babes per country and the results sort themselves out at the end ... there's no "replace."
The results would "sort themselves out" if there were many nominations, but I think people are finding it difficult with this format and can't really be assed.
