Morde has a 0.9 ratio, a 2.1 ratio (yes, you read that right), and a 0.6 ratio. His spells are also more spammable, having a 4, 6, and 12 second CD with a 6 second uptime. Because Karma's heal is so lulzybad, her utility comes down to a single, semi-decent shield and her speed boost. That utility is pathetic, and she requires AP to be good, so she is best stuck in a solo and played like Kaiser, bullying the other dude out of lane. This is, in fact, how pros play her even.

? Is there an error on this page? Otherwise what weird maths are you using to determine those supposed ratios.
Morde's Q multiplies Lichbane's added damage, possibly because of a bug. Lich and Sheen are 100% core on Morde because of this, as they turn what is a pretty decent nuke into a rape machine that deals 1.6k raw damage (seriously, it does, I have a screenie of smacking Dragon for that much lying around) if you catch somebody alone. As for the other ratios, they're all legit because 0.15*6 = 0.9 and E is straightforward.
PS: Also, forgot the fact that Morde deals an extra 1% of max HP damage for every 25 AP he gets. That's an INSANE amount of scaling on the ult.
