Morde has a 0.9 ratio, a 2.1 ratio (yes, you read that right), and a 0.6 ratio. His spells are also more spammable, having a 4, 6, and 12 second CD with a 6 second uptime. Because Karma's heal is so lulzybad, her utility comes down to a single, semi-decent shield and her speed boost. That utility is pathetic, and she requires AP to be good, so she is best stuck in a solo and played like Kaiser, bullying the other dude out of lane. This is, in fact, how pros play her even.
But that's what I'm saying. She bullies people out of a lane and after the W gets damage on contact she will be able to do that, have three damaging team utility spells, and good cooldowns.

Yes, but what *I* am trying to say is that until she gets something to make her utility better, she's useless because Kaiser does everything ELSE she does better. He's a better lane bully on mid (and let's not talk about top because both Rumble and Morde school karma in a longer lane), and the utility of having a character who either forces you to burn CDs on him to prevent him from hitting for carry tier damage or a bruiser who does good damage and has a wall of bonus HP that is permanently renewable instead of being tied to a single CD is greater because Karma can't support well. What needs a real buff is her Q, because until it can *actually* do clutch saves, she'll never have a spot on a team.
