Well it all depends on what your AP Carry runepage is made of and what heroes you use often
Basically you should try and build the page setup that has the most overlap with your AP carry page that consists of heroes you use often.
I have none. My AD carry page is ArPen reds, scaling ManaReg/sec, flat CDR blues, and HP quints. I also some scaling ManaReg\second blues I use for no one right now.
