16. Bender (Futurama)

"They're not very heavy, but you don't hear me not complaning."

"Do I preach to you while you're lying stoned in the gutter? No."

"Ahhh, what an awful dream. Ones and zeroes everywhere... and I thought I saw a two."

Bender is hilarious. I like foul mouthed, perverse, pessimistic comedy and he has it all. He’s a stogie smoking, Botwesier drinking bag of insults and laughs. Even if you hate the show, you have to respect the nature of Bender and the hilarity of his antics. His type of comedy just hits home for me.

15. Norman Osborne (Marvel Comics)

“What can I say? I've saved the best for last. Tonight I'm going to kill the Amazing Spider-Man”

This guy is my favorite villain in the Marvel universe. Second would be Dr. Doom. Nonetheless, Norman secretly and single handedly was the mastermind behind like 60% of all Spiderman plots stemming from the 90’s and early 2000’s. The Green Goblin was a terror. I specifically remember reading front to back (multiple times) the comic where he is murdered right before the Spiderman re-launch. It was the end of an era. But Norman is back nowadays and leading the Dark Avengers the last I heard. Though that was a while back.
