I dunno, Capcom's business decisions have seemed pretty consistent for years. They've always been into re-releases and ports and expansions.
Yeah, but they were still good, which is why people didn't care. Capcom's game quality has been extremely spotty lately, and that's added to the other extra problems they've been having. And now they're canceling games. There are currently 0 Mega Man games in development. And they didn't have anything as expansiony as a $40 version of The Mercenaries.
