Also curious about Romance of Three Kingdoms/Dynasty Warriors characters, who are based off of real people who weren't necessarily villains, but somewhat portrayed as villains. Dong Zhuo and Lu Bu are examples of people who definitely are portrayed as villains, while Cao Cao would be more ambiguous.
Are we even allowing real people, or characters based off real people? Allowing real people could get ugly, I don't want people like Hitler in the contest, but maybe you do. It's a bit different with RoTK since it's based off real historical people, but they'd be pretty unknown without their likeness being used in the novel and video games.
