By adding grass to a normal-type. I find adding grass to anything makes it terrible, ESPECIALLY types that hardly have good features in the first place (i.e. Normal).
Grass many times gets benefitted with other-types added to it, but what does ANYTHING gain with Grass being added to it? I've yet to see one-type that's actually benefitted with Grass-type. Heh, now I wanna see a Grass-Dragon.
