Actually I stand corrected, Intel releases Ivy bridge on the 23rd, but amd releases trinity on may 15. Both expect better processing and intel shouldn't be flat out terrible anymore, but amd will have some architecture from their current chips inside, making it possible that you'd be able to play on high for quite a lot. Especially with a discrete card to help it out, though obviously it'd have to be amd as well. Also expects double digit battery life when resting as well as low voltage. So yeah, wait a month. You'll have considerably better choices.
