as a non-racist, I believe that black people are capable of correctly judging the facts of a case, even if other black people are involved
im with you here but there is a lot of research that discusses the impact of the racial makeup and jury on case outcomes. id have to go back to the literature but for black defendants i think it was that diverse juries are the most lenient, primarily black ones are more lenient than average to a black defendant, and primarily white juries depend on the jurisdiction (a mostly white one in alabama is more likely to convict a black defendant than say a jury in maine).
