But my mental health definitely has improved by not getting into political arguments.Yeah it's a few things I picked up on (and my shrink too) The two big ones I've noticed recently are with political/cultural shit and with all that Work Girl stuff I've been spewing out. In both those cases the ability to legitimize every argumentative or insecure or wacky thought really spirals me out into some bad shit. Having had a constant "companion" most of my life in CE and to a lesser extent Reddit/FB it's honestly like I've lost my inner voice if that makes sense. Like I don't know how to work through shit on my own in a healthy manner and any issue in my personal life or grievance with culture/society I have will never get resolved so I just keep looping back around with everything constantly. --- Not removing this until Mega Man 64 is released on the Wii Virtual Console.
