If that's the case aren't we kinda doing the equivalent of shining a flashlight everywhere not really, radio waves are going to distort into white noise well before they go far enough to reach a potential neighbor. maybe one of them could of heard an early radio signal, we used to blast them everywhere, but we've gotten much more efficient over the last several decades. --- Taarsidath-an halsaam.
