Topic	We need to come up with a name for the "Souls-like" genre.

It's the widely used term for its genre and as far as I know it spread naturally, you can't brute force people to shift to a term you think is more clinically accurate. Why are some people so bothered by it anyway, yeah it's not a perfect term but neither are the ones for most genres. Like 'role-playing game' means very little in itself, it came to mean a certain kind of game because people used it that way. That's how language works!
